Embroidery and Printing Information

  • Custom embroidery, Front 5" Width or 2.45" Height is the max embroidery size. The stitch number will be base on the embroidery file stitch count as final count. ( below price an idea quota only embroidered, not including hats, shirt or any garment ).

1 to 9 = $20.00

10 to 35 = $9.50

36 to 59  = $8.50

60 to 83 = $6.75

84 to 140 = $5.75

144 up and up contact us for price. 

 

Addition Add-Ons:

  • 3D Puff = $4.75 each
  • One Side text only = $4.5 each ( Max 1.5" height x 3" Width )
  • Back text only = $4.5 each ( Max 1.5" height x 3" Width )

 

One time digitized fee / set up fee $35 or up per Design or Artwork, depend on the artwork and stitches after our robot run the digitized file. We will send you a quota after we check on the design. 

( Note: Embroidered designs goes through digitization converting your artwork or logo into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment.)

        Simply contact our CID ( caprobot id department ) with your request, design, or any question. we will respond the information as soon as 24hrs, not including weekend or public holiday. Apparel carry from men women, youth, kids, toddler to baby sizes. available t-shirt, polo shirts, sweater, hoodie, pant and so on. Price on Size 2XL and up would be different than Size below XL.

          Beside headwear and apparel, we do custom or personalized embroidery or printing on backpack, towel, scarf, blanket, cooler, aprons, Chef or Lab Coat, and So On.

          • "DIGITIZED FEE IS FREE", If you have your embroidery file could work on our machine ( DST / Tajima format ), or ordering 60pcs and up ( one design only ).
            • We can ship to you single piece or bulk order.
            • USPS 2-3 business days priority mail.
            • Process Period Normally 10 to 14 Business Days ( depends on the qty and stitch count ) after Embroidery file has approved by client. 
            • Online Payment Transaction Fee will be Charged 3 - 5% of Total Amount.
